AI systems that handle the work your team still does by hand.
Inquiries, scheduling, follow-up, records and reporting, built on the tools you already use and supported after launch.
- 01Customer & Sales
- 02People & Operations
- 03Data & Integration
- 04Reporting & Decisions
Four areas of work, built as one connected system.
Most engagements touch more than one, sharing one set of data.
- Customer & SalesInquiries, follow-up, appointments and phone screening, without retyping between tools.
- People & OperationsOnboarding, scheduling and the processes that live in a spreadsheet or one person’s head.
- Data & IntegrationThe tools where your data lives, connected so a change in one reaches the others.
- Reporting & DecisionsReports your team can act on, and assistants that answer from your own documents.
How this differs from an off-the-shelf AI tool.
One more tool to check.
Built into the process, in the tools your team already uses.
Set up from a template.
Mapped from how your business actually runs.
Stalls on the exceptions.
Handles them, and escalates what it should not decide alone.
When it is wrong, nobody owns it.
Checked against your records before launch. Supported after.
Five stages, in order.
Nothing is built before the work is understood and the scope agreed.
- 01
Understand the work
Who touches it, where it stalls, which systems hold the information.
- 02
Check the data
The records the system will depend on, and what condition they are in.
- 03
Agree the scope
In writing: what is automated, what stays manual, what we need from you.
- 04
Build and test
On your existing tools, run against real past cases before going live.
- 05
Launch and support
Live in stages, documented, handed over, watched.
Pick the problem that sounds like yours.
Inquiries arrive after hours and sit unanswered until the person has moved on.
Receive
Picked up from inbox, form or phone the moment it lands.
Sort
Categorised and checked against your records.
Answer
A first reply with what was actually asked for.
Pass on
Anything needing a person, handed over with the thread.
Someone spends part of every day comparing calendars, sending options and rebooking.
Check
Availability read across every calendar involved.
Offer
Workable times, under your team’s real rules.
Confirm
Confirmations, reminders and reschedules.
Record
Written back into your systems, once.
The same customer exists three times, and each department believes a different version.
Map
Where each record lives and which system is authoritative.
Connect
An update in one system reaches the others.
Check
Mismatches flagged, not overwritten.
Report
Built on the agreed source, so a number means one thing.
Volume grows faster than headcount; routine questions crowd out work that needs a person.
Triage
Classified and ordered by urgency and type.
Resolve
Routine cases handled end to end.
Escalate
Anything ambiguous goes to a person, history attached.
Improve
Recurring questions folded back in.
What changes once it is running.
The work still happens. It stops depending on someone remembering.
- Inquiries answered the same way, morning or night.
- Routine time given back for work that needs judgment.
- Records stop drifting; a number means one thing.
- Anything unusual reaches a person with the history gathered.
Who we work with.
A good fit
- A process that runs often enough to cost real time.
- Work that follows rules a person could write down.
- Connectable systems: a CRM, a calendar, a shared inbox.
- Someone internally who knows how the work actually gets done.
Not a fit yet
- Nobody is sure where the data lives. Solve that first.
- No two cases look alike.
- The goal is to be seen using AI, not to fix a specific problem.
- The decision needs human judgment every time. We will say so.
Tell us which process is costing you the most time.
Describe the work you want to stop doing by hand. We will say plainly whether it is a candidate.
Contact UsSixteen services, in four groups.
Each replaces work someone does by hand. Most engagements combine several.
- 01Customer & Sales
- 02People & Operations
- 03Data & Integration
- 04Reporting & Decisions
The pattern matters more than the industry.
If your operation looks like one of these, the work usually transfers.
- High inbound volumeInquiries or requests arriving faster than a small team can answer.
- Coordinating people and timeScheduling across teams, shifts or locations, where one change forces several.
- Several systems, one customerA CRM, a finance tool and a shared inbox that each hold part of the picture.
- Repeating internal processesOnboarding, approvals and reporting that follow rules nobody has written down.
Customer & Sales
Between someone showing interest and a useful conversation with your team.
- AI customer-service systemsAnswers support questions from your own documentation; hands over what it should not decide.
- Lead follow-up automationFollows up new inquiries on your schedule, and stops when someone replies.
- Sales workflow automationMoves a deal through your existing stages without triple entry.
- Appointment-setting systemsFinds the time, confirms, reminds, and writes the booking to calendar and CRM.
- Phone-screening systemsStructured first-round calls: same questions, consistent scoring.
- Communication systemsEmail, phone and chat kept consistent across channels.
- HR and onboarding automationOffer to first day: paperwork, accounts, equipment, each step checked.
- Scheduling automationShifts, resources and availability, including the reshuffle when plans change.
- Workflow designThe process as it truly runs, mapped before any automation.
- Content automationRecurring, format-driven material from your own data: summaries, responses, documentation.
People & Operations
Internal processes that repeat, follow rules, and depend on someone remembering.
Data & Integration
The connective work that decides whether everything else is trustworthy.
- CRM integrationRecords update in both directions, so nobody keeps a private spreadsheet.
- Data synchronizationRecords kept consistent across tools; conflicts flagged, not overwritten.
- Business intelligenceNumbers from separate systems in one place, one answer.
- Internal AI assistantsAnswers staff questions from your own documents and records only.
- Operational reportingThe reports someone assembles by hand, produced on schedule from source.
- Decision-support toolsWhat changed, what is unusual, what needs attention.
Reporting & Decisions
Making the information you already hold usable by the people who act on it.

What we don’t do.
Being clear about this saves everyone time.
- We do not sell a product or a license. Each system is built for its process.
- We do not automate decisions that need human judgment. That line is agreed in writing.
- We do not replace your tools. We connect to them.
- We do not build before the data has been checked.
- We do not take on work we do not think will succeed.
Not sure which of these applies to you?
Describe the process. We will say which of the above it maps to, or that none do.
Contact UsFive stages, and what happens in each.
The order matters. Most automation that fails was built before anyone understood the process.
- STAGE 01
Understand the work
We sit with the process as it actually runs, not as it is written down.
What we do
Map the process end to end, including the workarounds people have invented.
What we need
Access to the people who do the work, and a few real cases.
What you get
How the process runs today, written down in one place.
- STAGE 02
Check the data
Automation inherits whatever is wrong with the records underneath it.
What we do
Review the records the system will use: duplicates, gaps, conflicts, mislabelled fields.
What we need
Read access, arranged however your IT team prefers.
What you get
A plain account of what we found. Sometimes, that automation is not the first step.
- STAGE 03
Agree the scope
Everything is settled in writing before building starts.
What we do
Write the scope, including the cases the system must not handle alone.
What we need
Your decision on the boundaries.
What you get
A written scope you can hold us to.
- STAGE 04
Build and test
We build on the tools you already use, then run the system on cases that have already happened.
What we do
Build, connect, and test on historical cases before anything goes live.
What we need
A safe way to work against real data.
What you get
How it behaves on your own cases, and where it disagreed with your team.
- STAGE 05
Launch and support
Live in stages, so problems surface while they are small. Then we stay involved.
What we do
Roll out in stages, hand over documentation and training, then monitor.
What we need
Someone on your side who owns the process.
What you get
A running system, its documentation, and a route back to us.
What happens once it is running.
A system that matched your process on launch day will drift, because the business changes.
- Behaviour watched against real volume, not just test cases.
- Escalated exceptions reviewed; a rising pattern means a rule needs changing.
- When your process changes, the system is updated, not worked around.
- Documentation kept current, so the knowledge does not live only with us.
You are not locked in
It runs on your accounts and your data, documented. Bringing it in-house is a handover, not a rebuild.
Where these projects usually go wrong.
Every stage above exists because of a specific failure.
- Built before anyone mapped the workThe workaround gets automated instead of the process.
- Built on records nobody checkedContradictory data produces output that is confidently wrong.
- No agreed boundaryThe system decides what it should have escalated.
- Tested only on invented examplesClean samples prove nothing; real history holds the exceptions.
- Handed over with nothing written downNobody can change a system only its builder understands.
- Treated as a project, not something that runsA system nobody revisits drifts out of step with the work.
Start at stage one.

Contact UsWhat Fidorus does, and how we think about it.
Fidorus builds dependable AI systems that bring clarity to operations, strengthen execution, and help businesses move forward with confidence.
What we believe about this work.
Most AI projects stop at a chatbot. The work that actually runs a business carries on by hand.
Routing inquiries. Booking appointments. Keeping records in step across systems never designed to talk to each other.
Fidorus transforms complex business processes into trusted, intelligent systems designed for lasting progress. Automation as infrastructure: checked, documented, supported.
What Fidorus is not
Not a software tool, an AI trend product, or a one-off build. Closer to a technology advisory firm than an agency.
Where “Fidorus” comes from.
Fih-DOR-us. Three syllables. A coined name with no direct translation.
From the Latin fides: trust, credibility, the root of fidelity and confidence.
Order, direction, structure, forward movement.
The Latin ending of enduring things: animus, nexus, status. A condition, not a product.
Trusted intelligence, structured to create progress. The mark says the same: structure and forward movement.
How we work with you.
Closer to a technology advisory firm than an agency.
- We work alongside the people who own the process; they stay the authority.
- One point of contact who knows your systems.
- Decisions written down as they are made.
- We say when automation is the wrong answer, even if that ends the engagement.
Five things that decide how we work.
- Trust
Clients place critical operations in Fidorus with full confidence.
- Intelligence
AI applied to real problems — not novelty, not appearance.
- Structure
Scattered processes become organized, consistent infrastructure.
- Guidance
A trusted systems partner, not just a technical vendor.
- Progress
Every system delivers measurable operational improvement.
What the brand is built on.

Scope and fit
What exactly does Fidorus build?
Systems that do operational work automatically: inquiries, follow-up, appointments, onboarding, record consistency, reports. Built for your process.
How is this different from buying an AI tool?
A tool sits beside your systems. What we build goes into the process, on your data and rules, tested on your past cases.
Do you only work with large companies?
Size matters less than the shape of the problem: a process that repeats often and follows rules.
What if automation is not the right answer?
We say so. Sometimes a process should be simplified or removed, or the data needs work first.
Can you work with our existing tools, or do we need to change systems?
We connect to what you already use. If a tool cannot support what you need, we explain why; replacing it is your decision.
How we work
How does an engagement start?
By understanding the process: real cases followed end to end. Nothing is built until the scope is agreed in writing.
Why do you check the data before building?
Automation inherits whatever is wrong underneath it. Contradictory records produce confidently wrong results.
How do we know it works before it goes live?
We run it on cases that already happened and compare its decisions with your team’s. You see that evidence before launch.
What do you need from our team?
The people who do the work, read access to the systems, and someone who owns the process.
What happens after launch?
We stay involved: monitoring real volume, reviewing escalations, updating the system when your process changes.
Data and control
Where does our data go?
Within your environment and accounts wherever possible. What each system reads, writes and stores is agreed before it is built.
How do you stop it from making things up?
Outputs that matter are checked against your records, not generated freely, and the system escalates anything outside its agreed boundaries.
Who has access to our systems?
Scoped to the work, arranged with your IT team, revocable by you at any time. Read before write.
What if we want to take it in-house later?
It runs on your accounts, and the documentation explains how it decides. Moving it is a handover, not a rebuild.
Do you use our data to train models?
No. Your data is used to operate the systems built for you.
Working together
How do we get started?
Email us the process: what it is, how often, which systems. We reply with whether we can help.
What does it cost?
It depends on the process, the systems, and how much the data needs first. We scope before quoting.
Do you sign confidentiality agreements?
Yes. We work inside operational systems and expect that covered formally.
Still have a question?
Send it over. A direct question usually gets a more useful answer than a general inquiry.

What happens next
- We read and replyWith questions, not a pitch.
- If it fits, we talkAbout how the process runs today.
- If it does not, we say soAnd point you at what would help.
- Nothing is built or quotedUntil the work is scoped and agreed in writing.

Privacy Policy
How Fidorus handles information in connection with this website and with inquiries sent to us.
Scope
This policy covers the Fidorus website and the information we receive when someone contacts us through it. Information handled inside systems we build for a client is governed by the agreement with that client, not by this policy.
Information we collect
This website does not use contact forms, accounts, logins, or e-commerce. It does not ask you to submit any information. In practice that means:
- Information you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you choose to write. We keep that correspondence so we can respond and maintain a record of the discussion.
- Server logs. Like almost all websites, this site is served by a hosting provider that records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamp. These logs exist for security and reliability and are handled by the hosting provider under its own terms.
- Information from LinkedIn. If you contact us through LinkedIn, that interaction takes place on LinkedIn’s platform and is subject to LinkedIn’s privacy policy.
We do not collect phone numbers through this website, and there is no mechanism on this site to subscribe to marketing messages.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set cookies and does not run analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google’s servers to retrieve them; that request is subject to Google’s privacy policy. No cookie is set by us for tracking purposes.
If we add analytics in future, this policy will be updated first, and any consent mechanism required in your jurisdiction will be implemented at the same time.
How we use information
- To reply to your inquiry and continue the discussion.
- To understand and scope work you have asked us about.
- To keep records of business correspondence.
- To operate and secure this website.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Service providers
We rely on ordinary business services to operate: a website host, an email provider, and the platforms named above. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their service. We do not publish a vendor list here, because it changes; if you need to know which providers are involved before entering a discussion with us, ask and we will tell you.
Data security
We apply access controls and industry-standard practices appropriate to the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise. Where we work inside client systems, access is scoped to the work, arranged with the client’s IT function, and revocable by the client at any time.
Data retention
Correspondence is kept for as long as needed for the discussion it relates to and for ordinary business record-keeping. If you would like correspondence deleted, contact us and we will do so unless we are required to retain it.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to certain processing. To make a request, email us at sam@fidorus.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Text messaging and SMS
This website does not collect phone numbers and does not enroll anyone in text messaging. Fidorus does not operate an SMS marketing program through this site. If text messaging is ever introduced, the following terms will apply and this policy will be updated before any messages are sent:
- Messages are sent only to people who have given prior express consent, captured at the point of opt-in with a clear description of what they are agreeing to receive.
- Consent to receive messages is never a condition of purchase or of receiving services.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance, or email sam@fidorus.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Mobile opt-in information and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected for messaging are used only to deliver the messages consented to, and are shared only with the service providers needed to send them.
Children
This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
